Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Computer Science.
- Develop and update curriculum materials focusing on Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and general Computer Science.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and academic fieldworks.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Mentor students academically and morally in alignment with the institution motto of Learning for Wisdom and Morality.
- Engage in community service and institutional development initiatives.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated evidence of scholarly publications in high-impact, reputable academic journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., CPN, NCS, IEEE, ACM) where applicable.
- Strong teaching philosophy with proven experience in tertiary education or industry research.
