As a Lecturer I in Clinical Microbiology within the Faculty of Basic Clinical Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals through rigorous academic instruction, clinical training, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Clinical Microbiology.
- Participate actively in clinical training, research initiatives, and scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students within the College of Medicine.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.
- Perform other academic and institutional responsibilities as assigned by the University.
- Possess an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized institution.
- Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification appropriate for the Lecturer I rank.
- Demonstrate appropriate teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience.
- Provide evidence of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Maintain current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body and possess a valid practising licence.
