About the Role
Vision University, a newly established, private, faith-based institution located in Ikogbo Town, Ogun State, Nigeria, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer I in Business Administration to join our expanding academic community. Having received our provisional operating licence from the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2023, and proudly mentored by Lagos State University (LASU), we are committed to delivering exceptional academic standards and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate lectures and tutorials in Business Administration and related management courses.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative teaching methodologies aligned with NUC guidelines.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and student internships.
- Conduct impactful research and contribute to scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career development, and ethical leadership.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at the tertiary education level.
- Demonstrable evidence of scholarly publications in recognized academic journals.
