Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related management sciences.
  • Develop and update curriculum content that aligns with contemporary corporate world needs and academic standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
  • Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed academic research and publish findings in reputable journals.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and administrative duties.
  • Establish and maintain robust linkages between the university and corporate partners for student development and capacity building.
  • Provide academic counseling and career mentorship to students.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline from a reputable and accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
  • Demonstrated evidence of strong scholarly publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
  • Proven ability to connect academic theory with practical industry applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
