Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Political Science and related Social Sciences disciplines.
- Provide visionary academic leadership, mentoring junior faculty members and guiding postgraduate research students.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish extensively in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Design, develop, and update curriculum programs that align academic theory with contemporary industry and public sector realities.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties, committees, and community engagement initiatives.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Political Science or a closely related specialization from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
