Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Business Administration.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committee assignments.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their personal and professional growth.
- Leverage ICT tools to enhance pedagogical delivery and administrative efficiency.
- Must possess a PhD Degree in Business Administration or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral experience in teaching and research within a tertiary institution.
- A strong track record of scholarly publications in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for teaching and research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills suited for academic excellence.
- Competitive remuneration package based on the KDUTSS 04 salary structure, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
- A probationary appointment of two years with prospects for confirmation to retiring age upon satisfactory performance.
