Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical tutorials in undergraduate accounting courses in accordance with university standards.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum materials, course outlines, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and provide holistic academic advising to students.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish scholarly articles in reputable academic journals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, university committees, accreditation exercises, and community service initiatives.
- Assess and grade examinations, tests, and assignments while providing constructive feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Must possess a Ph.D. Degree in Accounting or a closely related field from a recognized and reputable university.
- A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience at the tertiary education level.
- Demonstrated evidence of relevant scholarly publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Membership in relevant professional accounting bodies such asICAN, ANAN, or ACCA is a strong added advantage.
