Elitecare Prime College of Nursing Sciences is a premier private health training institution located in Iperin, Ila Orangun, Osun State, Nigeria. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer 1 (Senior Nurse Tutor) to join our dynamic academic team and contribute to the high standard of nursing education we provide.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical training to nursing students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical laboratory sessions.
- Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committee assignments.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, professional conduct, and career development.
- Conduct research and contribute to the academic growth and reputation of the institution.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Current registration or ongoing enrollment for a Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Possession of additional relevant academic or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) as a Nurse Educator.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and clinical instruction within a recognized health training institution.
