About the Role
Credit Direct Limited is a leading non-bank finance company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, providing payroll-based consumer loans across 25 states and the FCT. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Learning Innovation Analyst to join our Organizational Learning and Development unit under the Evolution Academy brand.
Key Responsibilities- Translate annual capability strategies and OKRs into actionable learning plans, training calendars, and individual development plans.
- Conduct skills gap analyses and maintain the enterprise competency framework and job-role capability profiles.
- Design instructional content using ADDIE/SAM principles, producing slide decks, microlearning assets, and digital learning tools.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), digital products, and pilot AI-enabled learning innovations.
- Execute the Kirkpatrick evaluation model (Levels 1 to 4) to track training effectiveness and build insightful learning dashboards.
- Manage training vendors, track budgets, and support internal marketing initiatives for Evolution Academy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR analytics, preferably within financial services.
- Strong proficiency in LMS administration, e-learning authoring tools, advanced Excel, and dashboard building.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning evaluation frameworks.
