TalAxis Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development Consultant with a strong aptitude for business development. In this client-facing role, you will diagnose organizational challenges, design cutting-edge capability solutions, and cultivate enduring client partnerships that drive measurable performance and growth across businesses in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with executives, HR leaders, and stakeholders to diagnose complex organizational and performance challenges.
- Design integrated learning solutions encompassing leadership development, management capability, and digital learning.
- Lead the creation of compelling proposals, executive presentations, technical responses, and pitch materials.
- Manage business opportunities seamlessly from initial discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications in Business, Organizational Psychology, or HR are an advantage.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in L&D consulting, organizational development, management consulting, or HR advisory.
- Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role demonstrating strong discovery, solution design, and proposal writing skills.
- Proven track record in business development, revenue conversion, and complex account growth.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
