About the Role
International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is a premier multidisciplinary energy services company established in 1990, delivering innovative engineering solutions across the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Lead Structural Engineer to drive technical excellence and provide advanced engineering expertise throughout all project lifecycles, from initial feasibility studies to post-construction evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the structural analysis and design for both offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
- Manage structural integrity initiatives, brownfield modifications, facility strengthening, and life-extension projects.
- Oversee the design of complex steel and reinforced concrete structures, guaranteeing safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and clients to deliver practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, technical reports, and detailed construction drawings.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical growth and adherence to quality assurance protocols within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a strong advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience within the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, or marine industries.
- Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.Pro, SACS, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Tekla.
- Demonstrated expertise in brownfield modifications, structural integrity management, and offshore/onshore asset life-extension.
