About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and consultancy services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for a dedicated and analytical Lead Security Analyst to join our dynamic security team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for threat intelligence gathering, security risk assessment, and incident trend analysis to ensure the safety of our personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Source national security and political threats utilizing digital media, intelligence agencies, and internal networks.
- Maintain and administer the Security Incident Reporting Tool and backup databases.
- Collect, analyze, and report on security risks, identifying trends and preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly security risk assessments.
- Map security incident locations and develop reliable decision-support tools for executive leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior security analysts to maintain high operational standards.
- Serve as the Floor HSE Liaison Officer, strictly adhering to Company HSE Golden Rules and Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR).
- Proven professional experience in security analysis, intelligence gathering, and information management within the oil and gas sector.
- General Health, Safety, and Environment Certificate (GHSE).
- Contractor Employee HSE Level 3 Competency Certificate.
- Advanced proficiency in security risk assessment and incident database administration.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and guide team members.
