HOP Services Limited is a leading hospitality solutions provider based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, specializing in hospitality management, bespoke training through HOP Academy, and comprehensive cleaning services. We are currently looking for a driven Business Project Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and optimizing business performance across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the Nigerian hospitality sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and successful lead conversions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans, sales pipelines, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and financial forecasts for prospective clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams like operations and finance, and ensure all deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Attend industry networking events, monitor compliance, and mentor junior staff on effective business development operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, project management, or client relations, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong analytical, financial forecasting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for market trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern project management tools.
