About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Lead Security Analyst to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will spearhead security intelligence operations, threat monitoring, and risk management across company locations and Nigerian waters, ensuring the safety of our personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Source, monitor, and analyze national security, political, maritime, and operational threats from credible sources.
- Manage the Security Incident Reporting Tool and maintain accurate incident tracking across all company locations and Nigerian waters.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual security reports and risk assessments.
- Identify security trends, emerging risks, and provide actionable analytical insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance and support to junior security analysts.
- Serve as the Floor HSE Liaison Officer to ensure strict compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
- Proven professional experience in security intelligence, threat assessment, corporate security, and risk management within complex or Oil & Gas environments.
- Strong expertise in security information management, database administration, and incident mapping.
- Advanced report-writing skills with a proven track record of producing high-level security reports and developing decision-support tools.
- Relevant certifications including General Health, Safety & Environment (GHSE), Intelligence Gathering, Security Management, or Security Risk Assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
