We are currently looking for a talented and driven Lead, Products to spearhead our product team, shape our technological roadmap, and deliver life-changing health solutions to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception and strategy to launch, iteration, and scale for our digital therapeutics platform.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Conduct thorough market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify healthcare gaps and translate insights into valuable product features.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and write clear user stories to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
- Ensure all digital products comply with relevant healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in product management, preferably within the health tech, fintech, or fast-paced startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in launching digital products from scratch and scaling them successfully.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and product management tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
