About the Role
International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is a premier multidisciplinary energy services company established in 1990, delivering comprehensive engineering solutions across the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Mechanical/Piping Engineer to join our expert team in driving complex engineering projects from conceptualization to post-construction evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the mechanical and piping engineering team in executing detailed design, routing, stress analysis, and brownfield tie-ins.
- Oversee the development of piping specifications, pipe supports design, and comprehensive 3D modelling for energy projects.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with international codes, industry standards, and project quality requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant engineering experience within the oil and gas, energy, or petrochemical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in piping design, stress analysis, and project execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as CAESAR II, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and PDMS/E3D.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
