Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage online campaigns, social media channels, and search engine optimization to generate quality leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to create compelling promotional materials, brochures, and property listings.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize return on investment and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media partners, and industry influencers.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to craft engaging brand messages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management platforms, and data analytics.
