We are currently looking for an exceptional Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant to drive high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, talent, governance, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation, providing trusted advisory support to C-suite executives and boards.
- Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models, and execution roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive organization design, workforce strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation programmes.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and strengthen client relationships.
- Mentor junior consultants, foster a culture of excellence, and establish rigorous delivery standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive professional experience combining top-tier consulting advisory with hands-on internal leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategy execution, organizational change, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
