About the Role

We are currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements, preparing comprehensive survey reports, and providing critical data to support successful construction, engineering, and real estate development projects throughout Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment and instruments.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reliable survey data, maps, charts, and detailed reports.
- Establish crucial reference points, property boundaries, and construction benchmarks.
- Interpret complex architectural and construction drawings to provide vital technical input.
- Ensure total compliance with Nigerian land laws, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with civil engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor and verify construction progress against established baseline survey data.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records of all field and office survey activities.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction, civil engineering, or real estate.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard surveying software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
- Strong working knowledge of land laws, boundary regulations, and surveying standards in Nigeria.
- Ability to operate modern surveying instruments such as Total Station and RTK GPS with high accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
