About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting precise land measurements, boundary mapping, and topographical surveys that lay the vital groundwork for our innovative real estate development and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, GIS, and total stations.
- Prepare detailed site layouts, maps, land measurement reports, and digital models using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Establish accurate reference points and benchmarks to guide engineering and construction activities on-site.
- Verify land titles, legal boundaries, and easements against official government records.
- Ensure all surveying practices comply with local zoning laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and civil engineers to maintain structural alignment and elevation.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification or licensure as a registered Land Surveyor in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in land surveying, specifically within the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS mapping tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating modern surveying instruments like GPS, total stations, and theodolites.
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
