About the Role
Micdee Designs Limited is an interior fit-out company specialising in design and project delivery, committed to shaping built environments through technical excellence, effective execution, and disciplined site management. We are currently seeking a hands-on and results-driven Senior Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities, monitor work quality, and ensure projects are executed safely in accordance with approved specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to schedules.
- Interpret and implement approved architectural, interior design, structural, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to maintain steady workflow.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones, identifying and escalating potential delays or risks promptly.
- Inspect completed and ongoing works, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions to maintain high quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and monitor material usage, storage, and handling on site.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational challenges in collaboration with relevant project teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with construction site safety practices and HSE requirements.
- BSc or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant site management or construction supervision experience, specifically in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing materials, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Membership in a relevant professional body or possession of industry-recognised certifications is an added advantage.
