About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is a dynamic Information Technology company specialising in innovative people screening solutions and recruitment processes. We are currently recruiting a skilled Laboratory Scientist in Lagos to perform and quality-assure laboratory testing accurately and safely, supporting essential patient care and efficient laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory testing across relevant laboratory areas to professional standards.
- Apply biosafety and quality-control standards in day-to-day practice.
- Maintain equipment readiness for own work and report faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and support reporting and result workflows.
- Handle specimens securely and operate laboratory information systems efficiently.
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognised institution.
- Completion of required national internship and NYSC, or a valid exemption.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience, though exceptional newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Demonstrated clinical and technical competence in medical laboratory science practice.
- Specialty training or certification relevant to the laboratory discipline is an added advantage.
