We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Lab Attendant to join our dynamic laboratory department and support our mission of delivering top-tier healthcare services in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist laboratory scientists and technicians in the daily operations of the hospital laboratories.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, glassware, and workspaces.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and report shortages to the appropriate authority.
- Safely handle, collect, label, and transport biological specimens according to hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of laboratory activities while adhering strictly to safety and hygiene standards.
- Possess relevant academic certificates and foundational experience in a laboratory setting.
- Duly registered with the appropriate professional regulatory body where applicable, with a valid practicing license.
- Demonstrate professional competence, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Must be ICT compliant and comfortable using digital hospital management systems.
