Key Responsibilities- Assist the head chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all food preparation and storage areas.
- Ensure proper storage of food supplies in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of kitchen utensils, equipment, and stock items, reporting shortages promptly.
- Support cooking operations, plating, and presentation of meals as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or proven experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong passion for the hospitality and culinary industry with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
