We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Junior Resident Doctor specializing in Internal Medicine to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality inpatient and outpatient care under the supervision of senior medical consultants.
- Participate actively in ward rounds, clinical conferences, departmental meetings, and academic programs.
- Manage patient admissions, diagnostic workups, treatment plans, and continuous medical monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in medical research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives within the Internal Medicine department.
- MBBS degree or its equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
- Mandatory NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Current registration and a valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Previous clinical experience in a tertiary healthcare institution and post-NYSC practice will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ICT compliance and proficiency in utilizing modern digital healthcare systems.
