ETL Engineering Services Limited is a leading indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Maintenance/Management (EPCIM) company operating in Nigeria. We specialize in industrial automation, electrical power engineering, specialized equipment procurement, and HSE services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Recruitment Executive to join our growing Human Resources team and support our expanding talent acquisition and employee outsourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, spanning from talent sourcing to candidate placement across various engineering and administrative functions.
- Identify, screen, and engage top-tier talent utilizing modern sourcing channels and professional networking platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and oversee successful candidate placements.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding and deployment process for all outsourced employees.
- Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with corporate clients, active candidates, and outsourced personnel.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, comprehensive employee records, and generate regular HR reports.
- Resolve day-to-day recruitment and outsourcing inquiries and operational matters efficiently and professionally.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in recruitment and employee outsourcing management.
- Exhibit strong talent sourcing, exceptional communication, and advanced relationship-management capabilities.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet strict deadlines.
