About the Role
Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a leading social enterprise providing technical and management support to health, education, and social development programs. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Junior Programme Associate to join our energetic team in Nigeria and contribute to our expanding portfolio of impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of ongoing and new research projects, ensuring timely execution within budget and with limited senior management guidance.
- Act as a trusted liaison to clients, consortium partners, government agencies, and diverse stakeholders within the public health ecosystem.
- Oversee the recruitment and management of internal and external human resources for effective project design and execution.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and positive team dynamics.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying strategic partners, contributing to proposal development, and designing innovative solutions.
- Ensure organizational compliance with standard operating procedures, internal processes, and global best practices.
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Statistics, Economics, International Development, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant post-NYSC professional experience in public health consulting, global health, or health-related research in low- and middle-income countries.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project delivery, and business development within the public sector or NGOs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and relevant data or project management software.
- Bilingual capabilities in French or Portuguese represent a strong added advantage.
