About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Officer to join our dynamic technology team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our daily business operations run smoothly by providing reliable technical assistance and maintaining our internal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, ensuring optimal network performance.
- Responding promptly to service issues, technical requests, and troubleshooting hardware or software failures.
- Providing efficient technical support across all company departments and locations.
- Setting up new user accounts on platforms including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary while keeping accurate inventory records.
- Testing and evaluating new technology trends to improve workplace productivity.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on basic IT support experience.
- OND in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a strong added advantage.
- Strong logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for continuous learning.
- Willingness to work flexible or unsociable hours when required to support business operations.
