Key Responsibilities- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks across various company locations
- Responding in a timely and professional manner to service issues and user requests
- Providing comprehensive technical support to employees across the company
- Setting up and managing user accounts for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Repairing and replacing faulty IT equipment as necessary to minimize downtime
- Testing new technology solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends
- OND in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 1 year of basic IT support experience in a professional environment
- Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting hardware, software, and local networks
- Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision is a distinct advantage
- Strong logical thought process, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well with diverse teams
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible or unsociable hours to support critical IT maintenance
