Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and diagnose acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and complex renal disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, managing medications, fluid balances, and electrolyte abnormalities.
- Initiate, monitor, and manage patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis while ensuring international standards of care.
- Evaluate kidney transplant candidates, manage pre- and post-transplant care, and monitor for rejection or complications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including surgeons, dietitians, and pharmacists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide compassionate education and counseling to patients and their families regarding disease management and lifestyle modifications.
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS) from an internationally recognized university.
- Fellowship Certification in Nephrology or equivalent international qualification.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- 1 to 5 years of post-specialization experience in nephrology within a reputable hospital setting.
- Proficiency in renal biopsy, dialysis supervision, and kidney transplantation support.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
