About the Role
TerraQuest Energy Limited is a leading Nigerian energy engineering and consulting firm delivering innovative solutions to Africa's complex energy challenges. We operate across the entire energy spectrum, from hydrocarbon production to clean cooking and renewable energy. We are currently looking for a driven Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Nigeria and contribute to impactful energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting assignments and energy projects.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, action trackers, and comprehensive status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed action items.
- Conduct market research, gather industry data, and assist with analysis to support client deliverables.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare engaging client presentations, reports, proposals, and workshop materials.
- Identify potential project risks or delays and promptly escalate them to the project manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, business advisory, or the energy sector.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
