Key Responsibilities- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, accounting records, and ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related financial documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while monitoring outstanding balances.
- Perform regular bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and audit schedules.
- Support payroll preparation and related accounting entries.
- Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed and compliant with company policies.
- Assist management with budgeting, expense monitoring, and basic financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proximity to work locations such as Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Akute, Agege, and Ojota.
