We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Coordinator I to join our team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our personnel, facilities, and operational processes, ensuring a secure environment that aligns with our corporate objectives and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement robust contractor screening criteria and processes to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Coordinate contractor screening and oversee the efficient issuance of access passes for site personnel.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security plans specifically tailored for facility Turnaround operations.
- Support all security activities effectively during Turnaround execution to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional security experience.
- Previous working experience in a security role, preferably within the Oil and Gas or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of emergency preparedness and access control management.
