Compovine Technologies is looking for a talented and driven Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organizational learning culture while identifying and securing top-tier talent to drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities- Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite, or Adobe Captivate.
- Produce high-quality multimedia training content utilizing platforms like Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage and update course content on Learning Management Systems including Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, or SAP Litmos while tracking completion metrics.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate complex business knowledge into accessible, engaging learning materials.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including job posting, active candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Leverage LinkedIn, social media, and local talent networks to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate recruitment records to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience combining learning content creation, instructional design, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, video editing software, and popular Learning Management Systems.
- Strong working knowledge of modern talent acquisition strategies, professional networking sites, and applicant tracking processes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
