We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our workspaces remain hygienic, safe, and welcoming for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas on a daily basis.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas thoroughly.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly according to environmental standards.
- Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizers promptly.
- Ensure restrooms are rigorously cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, property damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Operate, handle, and maintain all cleaning equipment safely and properly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations while carrying out daily duties.
- Assist in setting up and arranging office spaces and furniture when required.
- Ensure the overall environment is neat, safe, and presentable for staff and visitors.
- Minimum of a SSCE or equivalent school certificate.
- Proven work experience as a Janitor, Cleaner, or similar custodial role.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment handling.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery when necessary.
- High attention to detail and physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks.
