Brown Skin Girl (BSG) Skincare, a leading Nigerian botanical skincare brand, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our production facilities, laboratories, and administrative offices. Key Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors throughout the facility.
- Ensure restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Safely handle and dispose of waste, recyclable materials, and production refuse in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the skincare formulation and packaging areas, adhering strictly to hygiene protocols.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to the administrative team in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs needed, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Proven work experience as a Janitor, Custodian, or relevant cleaning role.
- Basic understanding of sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and proper cleaning techniques.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery if required for floor care.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic with high standards of personal integrity.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.
- Relevant school certificate or professional cleaning certification will be an added advantage.
