About the Role
CashXpress Nigeria Limited is a leading financial services provider dedicated to bridging the financial gap for individuals by offering fast, competitive, and accessible loans. We are currently seeking a dedicated and physically fit male Janitor to join our dynamic team and maintain the pristine condition of our office premises located at Second Rainbow, Mile 2, Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain office spaces, workstations, executive restrooms, and common areas to the highest standard of hygiene.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of assigned zones throughout the workday.
- Empty waste bins regularly and ensure proper waste disposal following safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional office environment that reflects our company standards.
- Ensure all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are properly handled, used, and stored after each shift.
- Promptly report any facility maintenance issues, structural repairs, or shortages of cleaning supplies to management.
- Perform other ancillary facilities-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum of an NCE or ND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Must have prior or current professional work experience within a structured cleaning company.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent personal hygiene, professional grooming, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to execute assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player capable of working harmoniously with other administrative and support staff.
- Must reside within the Amuwo-Odofin axis or immediate environs of Mile 2, Lagos for easy commute.
- Must be male to ensure optimal gender balance within the facilities team.
- Competitive monthly net salary of NGN 120,000.
