About the Role
Established in 1966, the Mohinani Group is a dynamic, multi-sector conglomerate employing over 5,000 professionals globally. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing frontline technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring optimal IT infrastructure performance to support our diverse business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and Microsoft 365 application issues efficiently.
- Manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring all incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Install, configure, and maintain new IT equipment, peripherals, and user workstations.
- Provide reliable support for LAN/Wi-Fi networks, CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, and other IT-enabled systems.
- Maintain comprehensive IT asset records and facilitate smooth onboarding and deployment processes for new employees.
- Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc., or B.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on professional experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities with exceptional communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, networking principles, and IT helpdesk ticketing platforms.
