About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization providing premier HR and Management Consultancy solutions premised on excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Manager to lead our technology department, ensuring the availability, security, reliability, and efficiency of all IT services while providing strategic technical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computers, servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of IT personnel to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and hardware equipment in line with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience with demonstrable supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, systems management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
