Key Responsibilities- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure, security devices, and wireless networks.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewalls including VPN, NAT, security policies, and web filtering.
- Deploy, maintain, and support Huawei Switches and Access Points across the organization.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services to ensure optimal collaboration and security.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, system repairs, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
- Configure and manage VLANs, LAN/WAN connectivity, and routing protocols.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure minimal downtime and compliance with IT standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, or System Administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Sophos Firewalls, Huawei Switches, and Huawei Access Points.
- Solid experience in system administration, desktop configuration, hardware repairs, and software troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
