About the Role
ReelFruit is a pioneering Nigerian dried fruit snack company scaling rapidly nationwide and internationally. We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, ensure seamless system operations, and drive technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, networks, and workstations to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Provide prompt technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing helpdesk operations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, manage data backups, and ensure secure access to company systems and cloud applications.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, evaluate existing processes, and support the automation of repetitive tasks.
- Maintain database systems, ensure data integrity, and generate analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement and document all IT policies, procedures, and user manuals.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a related role.
- Strong working knowledge of IT systems, networking principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proficiency in system administration tools, ERP software, and various cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
