Key Responsibilities- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and systems.
- Ensure seamless IT operations across both office and field environments, minimizing downtime.
- Support network infrastructure, manage IT service requests, and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
- Enforce and maintain compliance with company IT security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, enterprise applications, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Assist with system backups, user onboarding, asset management, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles, preferably within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Demonstrated experience in network troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and cybersecurity.
- Relevant professional certifications in IT support, networking, cloud support, or cybersecurity are highly preferred.
