About the Role
Aldelia Limited is actively recruiting an experienced IT Supervisor on behalf of our esteemed client to lead technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our technology infrastructure, robust cybersecurity frameworks, and advanced digital solutions seamlessly support aggressive business growth and operational excellence within the dynamic Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the comprehensive IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of ERP and POS systems, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and user support.
- Manage core IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, servers, endpoints, and corporate connectivity.
- Develop and implement stringent cybersecurity policies, proactive controls, and enterprise risk-management measures.
- Lead complex IT projects from initial requirements gathering through successful implementation and post-project support.
- Manage strategic IT vendors, service providers, external contracts, and rigorous service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain robust IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans to mitigate operational risks.
- Prepare and manage departmental IT budgets while actively identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee IT assets, software license compliance, systems, and overall technology lifecycle management.
- Supervise internal IT personnel to ensure exceptional user support, system availability, and service delivery standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive IT experience, featuring proven leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience managing ERP and POS systems within retail, luxury retail, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-location environments.
- Solid, demonstrable knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity operations.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, or COBIT are highly desirable.
