Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the company's IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and technology-enabled business improvements.
- Oversee ERP and POS systems, including implementation, integration, upgrades, and ongoing user support.
- Manage comprehensive IT infrastructure, covering cloud services, networks, servers, endpoints, and connectivity.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, risk-management controls, and data protection measures.
- Supervise IT personnel, direct end-user support services, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and technology procurement budgets.
- Maintain business continuity, disaster recovery frameworks, and comprehensive IT asset lifecycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive IT experience, including demonstrated leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong expertise in managing ERP and POS systems within retail, FMCG, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity protocols, and IT governance.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, or Cisco are highly desirable.
