We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Supervisor to lead our technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with our retail business growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Company's comprehensive IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and technology roadmap.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple retail business units and head-office operations.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of ERP, POS, and other mission-critical business systems.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce robust IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and data protection compliance.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and strategic technology partners.
  • Lead end-to-end technology projects from initial planning through successful implementation.
  • Manage IT budgets, operational costs, and strategic technology investments.
  • Establish comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans to mitigate operational risks.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance business efficiency and customer experience through technology.
  • Provide executive management with regular technology performance, metric, and risk reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive IT experience, including demonstrated supervisory or management responsibilities.
  • Prior working experience in retail, multi-location, or fast-paced hospitality environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, computer networks, IT infrastructure, and governance.
  • Demonstrated strength in vendor management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities.
