About the Role
Growth in Value Alliance (GVA Partners) is a premier business advisory and recruitment services firm. We are currently recruiting an IT Security Analyst to join our team and provide operational support for critical security infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and maximum platform availability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level operational support for security systems, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Deliver business-critical real-time, hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including executive dashboards.
- Ensure operational and data integrity, managing processes, procedures, and checklists for optimal platform performance.
- Engage daily with the Group Security Operations Center (SOC) for seamless information exchange.
- Perform corrective and preventive application maintenance, managing service requests and incident ticketing.
- Participate in vulnerability identification, threat detection, incident response, forensic investigations, and patch management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and applications teams to enforce security best practices and remediation efforts.
- Review and recommend security settings for on-premises, data center, and cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Cybersecurity-related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an IT security specialization.
- Prior experience working within a large organization, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
