About the Role
Sany Nigeria is looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Operations Officer to ensure the seamless daily operation of our technology infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and office systems. In this role, you will bridge technical support with operational oversight, ensuring high internet uptime, secure office environments, and smooth IT onboarding experiences for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor office network infrastructure to guarantee high availability and coordinate with Internet Service Providers to resolve outages and track SLAs.
- Oversee the daily operational status of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, and conduct routine security audits.
- Manage conference room technology, including projectors, display panels, and video conferencing equipment for executive meetings.
- Maintain network printers, scanners, and manage vendor relationships for supplies and equipment servicing.
- Partner with HR to configure and deploy laptops, workstation hardware, and user accounts for incoming staff while managing IT asset inventory.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, Help Desk Support, or Technical Systems Administration.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS configuration, basic networking, CCTV systems, and audiovisual equipment.
- Familiarity with User Directory Management tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Active Directory.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and proactive troubleshooting skills.
- Candidates residing in or near Asese, Ibafo, Mowe, Magboro, Arepo, Berger and surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
