We are currently looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Officer (Intern) to join our dynamic technology team and help drive our digital operations forward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and optimizing company websites and internal applications.
- Support web development projects utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Help manage cloud-based services and various digital collaboration tools used organization-wide.
- Assist in implementing robust IT policies, routine data backups, and essential security measures.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to test, document, and deploy system updates or new features.
- Participate in research and learning initiatives to explore innovative technologies that can improve company operations.
- Bachelor Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- 0 to 2 years of practical experience in IT support, systems administration, or web development.
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in React or Next.js as a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, alongside foundational knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of computer networks and core system fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language like Python or PHP is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
