About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy company incorporated in 2009, dedicated to elevating standards across small and medium hotels in Nigeria. We are currently looking for a skilled IT Officer to oversee our technical infrastructure and deliver exceptional support across our properties in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, LAN, and overall network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for specialized hotel technology including PMS, POS, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and smart TVs.
- Implement robust data protection, cybersecurity protocols, and regular system backups.
- Handle user account provisioning, manage IT inventory, and maintain detailed repair records.
- Coordinate with vendors, internet service providers, and technical suppliers to resolve escalated issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and train staff on proper technology usage.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar technical role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS, POS), CCTV systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond promptly to technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train non-technical staff.
