About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a prolific organization that proffers HR and Management Consultancy solutions premised on excellence and innovation. We are currently recruiting an experienced IT Manager to oversee our client's information technology infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Property Management System (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and other operational systems.
- Administer hotel network, servers, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Oversee hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance, while planning system upgrades.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive hotel and guest data.
- Ensure regular data backups and maintain a functioning disaster recovery plan.
- Provide IT support and staff training while managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage the IT department budget and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or ITIL are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional IT management experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with hospitality PMS and POS systems.
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity protocols, and database management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
